Since I upgraded to this version, I cant log on to my account and the rest password function stalls. Now I cant even check my account status! Frustrating stuff!
I want to revert to the old app before upgrade. I cant go past registering my phone number. Cant receive text message on my iPad so cant get code. Please fix asap. I need to know my balance tnx
I really wish is had not downloaded this rubbish. Is it so difficult to test before releasing? App says it has sent security code yet I never receive it. Please fix or give us something that works
Please give us the option to revert to the old app. If I, a programmer has issues then I dont know what other uses think. I use an iPad Air and iphone6 plus and iPhone6s and the app has not worked on any of these. Latest message " login expired". This is the most non performing app I have encountered since being cradle apple user. Anyway, iOS 10 is my operating system. Ive not been loading data on my iPad and I cannot keep swapping sims to the phone just to load. I think to change to some other carrier for my iPad. The star rating for this app is zero.
I suppose upgrade is to provide better and more user friendly service. The latest from etisalat is a disaster. Can not resolve access difficulty in a whole week. Please take me back or else I opt out.
